Personal Training Rates

Per individual 60-minute session               $70

Per individual 90-minute session               $100

Save with Packages

2 to 4 60-minute individual sessions         $68 each

5 to 9 60-minute individual sessions         $67 each

10 to 15 60-minute individual sessions    $65 each

Couple’s Rate (Friends okay too!) 

 Per 60-minute session                             $110 total ($55 per person)

Couples’ Rate Packages

2 to 4 60-minute sessions $105 total ($52.50 per person)

5 to 9 60-minute sessions        $100 each ($50 per person)

10 to 15 60-minute sessions        $95 each ($47.50 per person)
