Plan 1 – ‘The Essential’ – Everything you need to get up and running!

Includes:

- A personalized month worth of run programs

- Two personal, one-on-one phones call each month to check in and fine-tune your program

- Two e-mail check-ins each month to answer any questions you may have, or provide necessary modifications to accommodate travel, illness, or schedule changes

- One 60-minute personalized, one-on-one coaching session each month

All for just $100 per month

Plan 2 – ‘The Deluxe’ – When you want to take your running to the next level!

Includes:

- A personalized month worth of run programs, with the option to have your program revised once per month if needed

- A personal one-on-one phone call every week to check in and fine-tune your program

- An e-mail check-in every week to answer any questions you may have, or provide necessary modifications to accommodate travel, illness, or schedule changes

- TWO60-minute personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions per month

All for just $200 per month
